Highly nutritious Trader Joe's Soy Protein powder
6:30am – 4 dried apricots, 3 prunes
9:15am – 2 tiny corn muffins, half pint 1% milk
12:30pm-2:00pm – 2 cans water-packed sardines, 2/3 bunch celery, 24oz soy protein shake (1/2 pint 1% milk, 3 t. powdered whole milk, turmeric, 6 packets stevia, 1 T. organic molasses, 4 scoops soy protein powder
8:40pm – 2 tins sardines, 4 large stalks celery (good for inflammation, heals the digestive tract, soothes and inhibits excessive stomach secretions), 20oz. soy protein shake (diluted unsweetened almond milk from Aldi – very thick, creamy and affordably priced!), 6 packets stevia, 2 T. molasses, water, Trader Joe's soy protein powder.
Aldi's unsweetened almond milk, 32oz carton $1.69. Very thick and creamy, which is great because I tend to dilute whatever kind of milk I use for protein shake anyway. I like a lot of powder so I don't need a lot of creaminess in the milk. Celery and sardines are also good buys at the Aldi.
MOODS, FEELINGS & STUFF
8:40pm meal was unnecessary. I knew as soon as I tasted the first bite of celery. But I was too tired from the days' stressors to deny myself that weak coping mechanism. I'm not ready to make it an unacceptable one yet.
I question my judgment. Every day I'm supposed to be following my bliss, relaxing, feeling good and getting to a place where I feel I really know what I want and am acting, creating, and attracting from there. But how do I know if what I want is what I really ought to be moving towards? From what I've read, the bipolar mind is always wrong – always, but wait! I just realized something: No! it's when I'm in a manic state that I can't trust any of my decisions or actions. When I'm in a manic eposide. Not all the time across the board! Whew! What a relief! And the angels say more, which I list below in "Messages from the Angels."
MESSAGES FROM THE ANGELS: YOU'RE DOING OKAY, MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND ALL!

To make self-love, -healing, and –actualization part of your life's mission.

Relax. We love you. We are in no hurry to force you. We will never do that. We celery are very pleased you consumed us today. we are very joy full – in your belly! You know now the importance not only of getting into a regular healthy habit but also continuing and just making sure you're consuming celery. It is very important, good for you body, good for us to be in your body. And it is low maintenance, as you have expressed you desire, prefer, and require. We want to work with you because we need you as much as we are good for you.

They helped me to be calm and balanced. The celery was bulk and fiber. I need more water now, a lot more, since soy protein shake really constipates me. Yes, the celery and water is very helpful right now, that's for sure!

They helped me stay balanced and they helped restore my inner peace. They helped me balance my emotions, and better manage my meals and my daily challenges. They also helped me to stay positive through my challenges.
WHY IT'S CALLED RAW ANGEL BLOG
The reason I put raw foods before angel spirituality is because while the angels can help with every aspect of life, I have found that raw foods (what I call the living plants) provide the most immediate physical changes I've needed in my recovery from food addiction and obesity. But the problem for me was that raw foods created changes in my body that were too rapid for me to handle as a survivor of child sexual abuse, and as a persun living with Bipolar Disorder. My body would start shrinking too fast, too soon, and I wasn't sophisticated or knowledgeable enough with raw foods to know which ones to eat that wouldn't throw me into a manic episode. Raw vegan foods are very high vibration and while that is wonderful for eradicating symptoms of depression, a diet too high in sweet or even non-sweet foods, without enough greens or grounding root vegetables, can create havoc in a person with BPD.
What I've found is that raw foods plus angel spirituality have helped me the most in dealing with these issues. After decades of dieting and exploring various paths of spirituality, I now believe that a diet rich in raw vegan foods, plus healthy, whole cooked foods (macrobiotics are an excellent example and a personal favorite of mine for various reasons) plus the powerful, nondenominational and effective assistance of God's angelic helpers, can be instrumental to anyone seeking to heal their body, empower their spirits, recover and reclaim their lives.
