No supplements when I consume protein shake, which is very rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc.
12:30am – 4 dried apricots
7:05am – 4 dried apricots, 2 prunes
7:40am-8:00am – 3 small round sausage patties, half a small bowl of grits (plain)
11:45am-12:15pm – 2 meatball sandwiches with melted shredded cheese on top. I was given more food and shared it with others, who gave me their extras as well. Otherwise I would've only had one sandwich. I gave away fruit (which I don't eat with non-fruit) and a one serving bag of potato chips.
6:30pm – 22oz soy protein shake: diluted pint 1% milk, a little organic molasses, 2 packets stevia
8:15pm-9:00pm – celery, one can water-packed sardines, dark chocolate
I haven't bought a savory or sweet starch in days. No bread. And it's been easy to avoid the ranch nacho tortilla chips at Aldi because I've not wanted to tear up my stomach with what would shirley have been too rough for it. I bought celery and ate of it this evening, with sardines. The celery was so delicious. I also bought a gallon of ACV and a large econo size box of baking soda to clean my main quartz crystal necklace, and to make a tonic with water, ACV, baking soda, molasses, and turmeric. ACV and baking soda together, very diluted, helps bring the body to a more alkaline state. Very handy!
THOUGHTS, FEELINGS & STUFF
I'm experiencing setbacks and obstacles, but handling them like a champ. I get back up again like it's some kind of a game, which is exactly what, to me, life is.
I am resilient, and I am not alone. My friends are providing me with their listening ears and comforting words. I realize that at some point I'll probably have to give them back!

They helped me to be calm and balanced. The celery was bulk and fiber. I need more water now, a lot more, since soy protein shake really constipates me. Yes, the celery and water is very helpful right now, that's for sure!

They helped me stay balanced and they helped restore my inner peace. They helped me balance my emotions, and better manage my meals and my daily challenges. They also helped me to stay positive through my challenges.
WHY I LISTED THE LIVING PLANTS BEFORE ANGELS
Because while the angels can help with every aspect of life, I have found that raw foods (what I call the living plants) provide the most immediate physical changes I've needed in my recovery from food addiction and obesity. But the problem for me was that raw foods created changes in my body that were too rapid for me to handle as a survivor of child sexual abuse, and as a persun living with Bipolar Disorder. My body would start shrinking too fast, too soon, and I wasn't sophisticated or knowledgeable enough with raw foods to know which ones to eat that wouldn't throw me into a manic episode. Raw vegan foods are very high vibration and while that is wonderful for eradicating symptoms of depression, a diet too high in sweet or even non-sweet foods, without enough greens or grounding root vegetables, can create havoc in a person with BPD.
What I've found is that raw foods plus angel spirituality have helped me the most in dealing with these issues. After decades of dieting and exploring various paths of spirituality, I now believe that a diet rich in raw vegan foods, plus healthy, whole cooked foods (macrobiotics are an excellent example and a personal favorite of mine for various reasons) plus the powerful, nondenominational and effective assistance of God's angelic helpers, can be instrumental to anyone seeking to heal their body, empower their spirits, recover and reclaim their lives.
