A gentle, Hatha and Kundalini-based class perfect for yoga beginners and people who may need some extra encouragement to begin yoga and/or are seeking motivation, inspiration, and self-empowerment to begin making some serious and lasting positve changes in their lives. Movements are combined with meditation, creative visualization, and special affirmations created by the teacher, as English-Language-Only chants.

She came to yoga in the early 2000s, and began studying and practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2007.
