RAW BIO:
Award-winning "multi-media healing artist" Cassendre Xavier (aka Amethyste Rah, aka Amrita Waterfalls) shares her experiencials and learnings! Cassendre was trained in raw food prep by Arnold N. Kauffman www.arnoldsway.com and has been eating raw foods since 2005.
She is the author of the "Raw Foods for the Rest of Us" series at www.wisdom-magazine.com and "Expanding Your Capacity for Joy: a Raw Vegan Comfort Book, Sourcebook & Journal" (ARtivist Publications/2009).

SURVIVOR BIO:

Award-winning "multi-media healing artist" Cassendre Xavier (aka Amethyste Rah, aka Amrita Waterfalls) shares her experience, strength, and hope!
 Cassendre is the founder and facilitator of Sisters Healing Together: A Peer Support Group for Women Survivors of Incest with a Special Focus on Compulsive Eating (1996-1999, at the William Way LGBT Community Center, Philadelphia, PA, USA), and the creator of the "Affirmations for Survivors" guided meditation audio series ("Self-Love", and "Spirituality ", respectively, having been released in August 2007, and "Sexuality" and "Life Skills", respectively, due out in Summer 2015).
 A legally ordained Interfaith Minister since September 2010, Cassendre has been a monthly contributor to Wisdom Magazine's online edition since May 2009.
