GoFundMe: "Hope" Results&$5,000 by Mid-April!

Greetings, Friends!

Just wanted to give you the final update on my GoFundMe fundraiser for my 7th CD "Hope, as well as let you know I'm raising $5,000 over the next month in order to move to my own place within Philadelphia asap (Donation link at Patrons of the renaissance negresse http://www.gofundme.com/3ik8b8) . More down below!

The CD "Hope" was completed and released at Tin Angel in Philadelphia on Friday, February 13th, 2015.

Philadelphia Weekly's Stephen H. Segal gave it a great review:  http://philadelphiaweekly.com/music/live-music/Cassendre_Xavier__Hope-291414101.html

It is currently available in CD & Download format at Bandcamp:

(There have been significant delays at CD Baby, which first gave the date of March 2nd for having the CD go "live", and now I'm told it should be live March 11th - later today -. Link: http://cdbaby.com/all/cassendre.)

Hope CD is now stocked at Bindlestiff Books in West Philly http://BindlestiffBooks.wordpress.com, and it can also be ordered directly from me at http://CXDirect.eventbrite.com or by sending $15 (postpaid) check or money order payable to: Cassendre Xavier, and mailed to: Cassendre Xavier, 4530 Baltimore Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19143-3705.

I need to move to my own place in Philly in about a month! :)
In order to help raise the necessary funduals, I have re-vived my "Patrons of the renaissance negresse" GoFundMe Campaign at http://www.gofundme.com/3ik8b8, to which folks can donate.

That is all for now, but I will write again soon and I leave you with some extras so as to fill your knowledge-seeking soul!

Many thanks in advance,

GoFundMe Artist Statement:

"Since 1991, I have shared my life as a multi-media artist who also deals with the beautiful challenges of mental health illness, recovery from abuse and addiction, as well as how to remain creative in the face of these and economic challenges. I also celebrate the joy of living as a spiritual and sexual being "" all through the arts. I am very grateful for my patronesses and patrons over the years, and for the way technology has grown to so support the arts. More artists are receiving funding now than ever before, and much more than the conventional granting sources of the past.
When I asked you, my fans, supporters, readers, audience, friends, lovers, family, and strangers who dig what I do, to help me when my partner died and I needed to move suddenly, you came running to help, and I thanked you. When I announced a Megabus Tour and set off for the first stop of Michigan, you were there. When I announced my plans to produce the next Black Women's Arts Festival in the SanFrancisco/Bay Area of California USA, you cheered your support!
As I now continue the task of preparing to leave the east coast, I ask for your patience and attention to my news and progress.
Any donations coming in at this time will assist me in creating saleable product that will create income for me to raise needed funds to not only move out of the Philadelphia area, but attain gainful employment or other funds to sustain myself in the city where the next BWAF will be produced.
I really appreciate your ongoing donations, care packages, postal letters, emails, well-wishes, positive visualizations, and prayers.
Thank you for your continued support of my art/work, and therefore, life."
