Least Harmful Yogurt Recipe

Hi there!

Are you attracted to yogurt for:

a) Digestive health
b) Coochie health
c) Calcium
d) Potassium

...but afeared of all the sugar and not interested in eating it plain?

Solution:

a) Use plain instead of sour cream
b) Make a sweet version with this recipe:

1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 Tablespoon organic molasses (760 mgs potassium, plus iron, etc.)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring

Stir and enjoy! (It's not as sweet as regular vanilla yogurt, but has way less sugar and since you're craving it will taste sweeter anyway. I know when I took just one bite of plain it tasted fairly sweet to me already. That's the thing - when you crave a thing, it's delicious to you!)

The above recipe is written by a sexually active, menstruating woman with hypertension. Hence the craving for active cultures, iron, and potassium, which are known to benefit all conditions, respectively.
